The Mill Creek Metro Park System has a delightful set of parks along the river going through Mahoning County, Ohio. Included in this system is the Fellows Riverside Gardens, one of the prettiest gardens I’ve seen in this part of the country. This fountain was near the entrance into the gardens and the kids enjoyed getting wet.
