As we came up on the toll plaza at the entrance to the Indiana Turnpike, the car in front of us stopped and the driver got out to try and insert money into the slot where the ticket comes out. She was having a very difficult time. Nina tried to explain what to do, but the ticket had come out of a slot up high for a semi truck. They were going to Michigan, which was not where this road was going to take them. Nina encouraged them to go to the next exit and talk to a real person. It took them about 15 minutes to figure out what to do and be on their way. We passed them a couple of minutes later moving along at about 30 mph on the turnpike.
